My name is Henry and this week I'm joined by Sarah and Kaz.

Now we had the first Enduro not World Series, the first Enjuro World Cup of the year

this week in Italy.

And the racing seemed pretty exciting, but it kind of posed a couple of big questions.

Firstly, how hard should an Enduro race be?

And also, there's been to bikes got missing again,

which sucks, absolutely sucks, because last week we had the frameworks bikes get stolen,

and now the bikes of the Canyon factory riders have gone missing. So let's start, first of all,

with what an Endure race should be. How tight should transitions be?

How much of the physicality should be getting between the stages?

And for a Premier level, you know, world series event, surely it should be pretty tough.

Sarah, you were slogged your guts out in cross country.

If you're doing Enduro do you expect that

level of kind of quick turn around and high pace throughout the day or do you expect it to be a

bit more ebb's and flows i think i mean i think it's really hard to design and draw race

courses probably with with that in mind i know when i did the Whistler EWS at the time, I was definitely

worried about making the transition times, like, because in 2017 there was like, they

called it crankzilla because that was, you know, known for the really tight transition times

and really brutal stages. And so in that case, maybe they, you know, leaned a little

bit to the too hard side. And then we've also had riders complain that like, oh, that was like

a bike park. And we were just going up in the lift and riding down. And, you know, we want
