The other was by EvoFit 321, titled Hands Down, my favorite podcast. Corey knows this stuff and does his homework. I know others have said it before, but it's concise, to the point analysis gives me exactly what I'm looking for.

Plus, he specializes in Dynasty rather than just mentioning it as a side note to standard, and that's what I'm all about.

I will stick with the Dynasty Dude for as long as he feels up to giving us content.
