I don't care what the scoreboard says at the end of the game. In my book, we're going to be winners. The talent for so many players today, the talent and the spotlight, it's taking them to heights that their character's not strong enough to support. I'm one of those set goals and chiefness. I talked about faith, passion, obviously, the drive with the guys that I've been around,

and the guys that I've been around

and the guys that surround me every single day.

If I want to be one of the best, I've got to play with and against the best.

I've got an iPad in front of me right here where it's telling me everything I could possibly want to know about what's going on in the game. And it's like a coach's dream here. But before we do, let's just talk a little bit, Davian, just about, you know, you had a really cool story, and we've shared a little bit of it before, but the fact that you're now in the position you're at running one of the cutting-edge basketball offerings in the world.

And you've got guys like David Stern and Magic Johnson. And obviously you've got to be

pretty good at what you do. And you've got to be a leader to be out there. And so what I want to ask you this,

just education-wise, what have you learned along your journey that has educated you to put you in this

position? Like what are some of the best learnings you have that coaches could take from what you

had on your journey?
