What's good for me is a rathaniel the gerod Carmichael HBO special in which he comes out now. I'm not like deeply versed in Gerard Carmichael. I never

watched his NBC sitcom but I've seen quite a few of the HBO specials. I loved his

HBO short documentaries he did about family members and about you know the people

he grew up with I saw his directorial debut at Sundance in 2021 on the count of three and

I'm still waiting for like news about a distributor and an open on the gig was Chef's Kiss, but yeah, the Roth annual special on HBO, I mean yes, we're talking about it because of his revelation, but it's his revelation and the way that he anchors that in just he's one of those brilliant comedians at like having a style of pattern that nobody does and no one teaches and no one I don't know if you can explain it.

He will draw out silences and pauses and pauses and say something awkward and then say something just bring it all home in a way that I don't even know how to begin to parse.
