Calvin and Hops is actually the name of a men's Bible study by some of the people in our pub, Steven Johnson, Patrick Skeen, Tyler Thomas.

That was a really clever name and I thought I should use it as a tagline.

Pretty awesome.

And I'm your funky host, Tanner.

So there's lots of movies that you watch and you just kind of watch them and you like later on or even sometimes while you're watching you see these giant plot holes.

You ever run across that Tanner?

Yes, definitely.

Movies that just don't hold up.

Well it's not just that they don't hold up but like there are blatant like logic errors and the things they're doing.

And the one that has jumped out to me historically in my movie watching experience is like that you know there've been smaller ones but if you've ever seen an employee of the month with Dane Cook, I think I started watching it but I'm not a big fan of his movie career or his comedy really.

Sure, yeah, it wasn't a good movie but I watched it in theaters with some guys that wanted to watch it.

So we watched it and so the plot of the movie basically is Dane Cook gets a job at like a or no he already works at this like

this is like a big box warehouse store like Sam's Club or St. Jessica Simpson in this.

Yeah, she is.

So he's so the plot is that he's basically trying to impress a girl by becoming employee of the month in this movie.

So so bad.

Yeah, so he goes through you know eventually it gets to this point where you see he didn't care about his job before he was trying to impress the girl but once he is

there's this calendar up on the wall in the break room and it shows the you know the month and every single day

...
