Summary

Sarah True and Ted braved some wicked tough elements to meet up and make this podcast a reality, and the result is well worth it. The two sit down for a lively podcast in a coffee shop/cafe/beer establishment, where they talk about Sarah’s Olympic career, her recent successful segue from ITU to Ironman, all the nuances in and around training from a New England homebase, plus entrepreneurial start-ups in her Linden and True Coffee company and plenty, plenty more. noise and clatters throughout, but it's all nice background white noise. Definite shout out to both

of those establishments under one roof and Royalton. If you find yourself driving north-south on

Route 89, take a quick zip off exit three and pay those guys a visit.

On to Sarah, Sarah is a professional triathlete. Not just any professional triathlet. She's a two-time
