All right, hello everyone and welcome to the Ice Cream for Pierre's podcast.

0:05.0

My name is Jeff Nippard and I am your host and I'm going to get into an interview or a conversation that I had with Kamal Patal ofexamine.com in just a minute.

0:18.0

But first I want to just make the announcement that this podcast is going to be undergoing a name change.

0:26.1

So for the last, I would say probably the last year, I've been thinking about whether I want to keep going with the ice cream for PR's podcast and have it more of a laid-back format where I talk about my diet and training and my own experiences with competing.

0:47.4

And that was the way that Robin and I sort of did it for the first year or so of the podcast.

0:53.6

And that was great. And I do want to continue to incorporate aspects of that into the show.

1:00.7

But more so what I've become more passionate about and where I feel the podcast is best able to serve.

1:09.0

The greatest number of people who are interested in this sort of content

1:12.2

1:17.2

expert coaches, researchers, and elite-level athletes

1:20.7

come on the show and ask difficult questions

1:24.4

and really be at the cutting edge of what it is that's going on in

1:29.4

the nutrition and training community and sort of dig a layer deeper and really have a science-based

1:37.8

approach to the show but also incorporate in my own experiences with training and my own sort of skeptical nature to everything.

1:49.6

And I feel as though the name ice cream for PRs doesn't really capture that.

1:54.8

And so I've decided to make a switch.

1:57.8

So if you guys want to contribute to that decision, the best thing to do would

2:03.6

be to tweet at me. So my Twitter handle is at Jeff Nippard. So you can tweet me. Make sure

2:10.6

to hashtag ice cream for PRs, spelled with a 4, number 4, and then PRs, just so that you can make sure that I see it. So if you

2:21.2

have any ideas, let me know. There are a few that I'm working on myself, so I have a top three

2:28.7

that top three candidates, if you will. So the first one is just the Jeff Nippard show. And this is really

2:38.4

just an obvious one. But whenever I have guests on and they share the interview or what have you,
