So we're sorry that this is coming out a little later than an ordinarily does.

Yeah, I mean, I think events kind of unfolding warrant it.

It's like, you know, we could put the podcast out in an hour later.

A hundred different things happen.

So we're actually trying to catch up and put this out at a reasonable time.

And after we've had some time to think, I mean, about the million things that have happened over the past, you know, a couple of days.

Yeah, we don't want to give any hot takes.

We want to think about everything that everybody's seeing and provide some honest analysis.

You know, I in retrospect, I'm really proud of the show that we did on Tuesday.

I feel like if our country had more opportunities to have those kind of discussions that the Ruthless audience does,

we probably never would have had anything happen like it happened yesterday in Washington, DC.

Oh, damn, that's a really good point.

I am very proud of that episode, you know, in hindsight, it's.

I feel like a lot of the problems we're facing right now is we're getting, we've gotten to a point where folks don't even even try to talk things over with each other.

They don't try, you know, it's like the, the forum for debate is, is completely gone at this point.

It's just like both sides, completely demagoguery.

Yeah, so I'm, I'm really proud we did that.

So let's, let's just start the top.

And we don't have a difference of opinion about what happened with the storming of the Capitol yesterday.

I'm just going to say flat out from my standpoint is terrible.
