Hi to all my friends tonight. This is Sunday night for me and I'm getting ready to make

breakfast for dinner. We like to do that sometimes on Sunday night and it's finally in monument

near Colorado Springs where I live, getting warm enough to go outside and walk comfortably

without a sweater. And I love to walk so I had a wonderful day today and I am here at

home with my new little puppy, my little Darcy Dog and remembering what it's like to be a

mom of little. And I have to say that daylight savings is on my side because now she will

get up at a normal time. She's been getting us up. We take turns with her at 5.45 in the

morning and now 5.45 has suddenly become 6.45 and we're already up by then. So I am thankful

to God for that. But I am seeing how much fun it is to have a dog in the home because it gives

us one more wonderful, distracting, fun, loving, little life to love. And we've been a pretty adult

family the past six months working, working, working, working and so Darcy has been really fun.

And I'll try to include another new picture of her this week. Anyway, I have been thinking

about all of you so much and I love doing the podcast because I get so many letters and people

want me to keep doing them. But then I have to say, God, do I have anything to say this week?

Or is my brain totally empty? Because I think that at the end of my conferences, my three conferences,

the book launch, articles, all the things that are a part of my life, my brain becomes empty.

And my body becomes exhausted. So it takes me a little while to catch up. But of course,
