Well, good morning, everybody.

Wow, it feels so good to be back after a week in London.

I have missed you all so much, and I'm so excited to be live with you here this morning,

sharing with you my tips for this week. So one of the things that I have been spending

a lot of time sort of researching and growing and evolving over the past couple of years
