And I am also one of your hosts, first of all.

And I have lost about 100 pounds.

And we have now kept it off for about as long as we've been doing this podcast, you a little longer than that, which is like four and a half years for me and about five for you.

I don't know. Sometimes I half listen. Most of the time that I am walking around,

I am not thinking about being inspirational or how to sneak in steps. I'm mostly just running down a list of 80s movies, TV, and music that might be able to be turned into episodes and romancing the scone.
