What's up, guys. Thanks for joining us today on the Jiu-Jitsu podcast. We're going to get into a lesson that you can use for your Jiu-Jitsu.

It's basically, if you guys have been following my emails, it's basically one of these lessons where it's a lesson that I either wish I knew sooner when I was younger and getting into Jiu-Zitsu.

So like a lot of these lessons are kind of intertwined with life because of the fact that
