Each week I will review one entry in the bibliography of Stephen King and the chronological order of publication.

And this week, I get to review Mike Flanagan's adaptation of Stephen King's 2013 novel.

The sequel to one of Stephen King's earliest books,

this movie that I'll be reviewing today of course is dr. sleep and guys I'm

right into the Wikipedia summary so I have a basis upon

which I can build my analysis. So let's get into this guy's doctor's sleep from Wikipedia.

In 1980, sometime after escaping the Overlook Hotel and nearly escaping the attempt on their lives by Jack Torrance. Danny

Torrance and his mother Wendy live in Florida. Scarred by his experiences at the hotel, Danny

is haunted by one of its ghosts, the rotting woman of Room 237. Through the shining, the

ghost of Dick Holleran teaches him to lock such ghosts in imaginary boxes in his mind.

Meanwhile, a cult of quasi-immortal vampires known as the True Not, led by Rose the Hat,

feed on steam, produced in the dying moments of people with the shining ability to slow their agent.

In 2011, Danny, now going by Dan, is still traumatized by his time at the

overlook and has become an alcoholic to suppress his shining. He moves to a small town and
