Summary
Ricky Nuttall is a firefighter and was one of over 250 first-responders who were called to the fire at Grenfell Tower on the 14th June 2017. He suffered from PTSD as a result of the life-changing decisions he had to make that night and it eventually led to him considering suicide, Rick talks to us in this episode of that very journey. He also tells us about how and why as a non-muslim he decided to fast during Ramadan this year and what he learnt from it, as well as his recent stint on channel 4’s SAS who dares wins.
