And I have lost about 100 pounds and have maintained that within a

within about a 10-pound range for the last four years.

I don't know if you can hear it in my voice, but I am recovering from COVID right now.

The big COVID.

Not to bring up anything that's going to make anybody upset, but I got it a full, I tested

positive for the first time, a full 14 days ago, and I am still not fully recovered from it. It has been, it's been

rough, but I'm on the mend, back on the microphone. On the ones and twos. Yeah, by the time this

episode posts, hopefully I will be back to 100%. But at the moment, if you hear anything in my voice, hear any coughing,

which I will try and edit out. Sniffles. Yeah, any of that, I am doing my best, but we are here

for you. We are. And speaking of his having two weeks of COVID, I did not have two weeks of
