So happy to be here with you today. Love hearing from y'all about how much you're enjoying

the NES Summer 2020 shows. But these days, like last week where we had polyfarious on Wednesday,

we get to have some special episodes in between as this month goes on. Hey, the music in

the background though, it's from our good buddy, Mr Ryan O'Neill, also known as sleeping

at last. He's handling all the music for us this summer with the NES Summer shows. And

that includes today, this is the NES Gram song about being a seven. So you can go through

and listen to all the NES songs wherever you love to listen to music. Hey, this is fun

to tell you about, but we are going to start another round of 100 days to brave as a big

group. And we are going to start on Monday, August 3rd. So all you need to do is grab a copy

of 100 days to brave or the brand new 100 days to brave journal. If you've already done

the 100 days journey with us before, why don't you switch to the new journal? It'll be a

different experience for you than just the normal book that you've done before. But if you've

never done it before, get one or the other. You don't have to do both, but you can. But

you want to join us as we start 100 days to brave as it ever been a time in our world

when we all needed just a little more courage. We normally only do 100 days to brave as a big

group once a year, but this year is just different. And it just felt like it mattered to

circle up in our group of friends, you and me and whoever wants to join us and go through

these 100 days again together. So all you have to do now is grab a copy of 100 days to

brave or the new 100 days to brave journal and mark on your calendar that we are starting
