Episode 231 is titled Rookies with the most to prove in training camp.

In general, all rookies have something to prove when entering offseason activities, but this year's been a bit different.

The premise of this week's show is basically to identify five rookies that I think really do

have to prove a lot given the situation they're entering, whether it be defined by role or opportunity,

their draft capital, possibly a chance to break out even in their first year as a pro.

Before I dive deeper into those details, a few side notes. First being, if you want bonus access
