Something just happened really, really cool.

I want to share this story with you.

A number of months ago, there's a gentleman by the name of Nicholas that came and

stayed in my home. I have a door that's an Airbnb home. It's an ADU, an attached

dwelling unit. You hear people say AD you a lot and day do or

day da, people say it differently or day do. That's a detached accessory dwelling

unit. So I'm building one of those in my garage right now and in the city of

Seattle you can basically have three doors so you can create three doors of

income on a rental property without having to go out and build a triplex.

So it's really cool.

So that's what I'm doing.

That's how I'm manipulating this property that I own on Queen Anne.
