Well, hello, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and it is time. It is time for another episode where I am bringing you leadership

advice, recruiting mindset, and everything that you need to be able to build a thriving organization in your

direct sales business. And I have a podcast episode that I think is going to resonate with you
