McConkey. Thanks so much for listening today. I was talking to a friend and somebody I

mentored a little bit not too long ago and they asked me one of these questions that I get in my line of work and when I mentor a little bit not too long ago. And they asked me one of these questions that I get in my line of work.

And when I get these questions, I laugh that people think I would have any idea how to answer them.

Just in the flow of conversation, he said, you know, I'm asking this question in my life right now.

How can I just be love?

He said, Thomas, how can I be love?

I looked at him blankly and told him, at least this goes to my credit, I told him I don't

know.

I'm asking the same question.

But a beautiful thing about my line of work,

being a mindfulness teacher and a mentor to some, is that people ask me these questions I'm

not at all fit to answer in any definitive way. And the questions themselves become like

co-ons or riddles that I live into.

I have so many experiences over the years where people ask a question that just, it just

goes right to the center of me and I can't shake it.

I just have to keep living and inquiring because the question won't let me go.

And I had a moment a couple days ago where I thought of this friend who asked the question,

which we can all ask ourselves, how do I be love?

And suddenly I remembered him when I was having an interaction with another dear friend.

So I want to tell you a little story about this

and then bring it back around to this question
