Hello and welcome along to the Ropey pod, thought to you as usual by our good friends at Guinness.

And we've got a great competition running with them ahead of the Guinness Six Nations.

We'll be doing ticket giveaways throughout the tournament, but to kick things off, we're

looking for a local club team in Wales to call out their biggest rivals and invite them

along to the game between Wales and Italy this weekend.

The winning team gets 10 tickets to share between themselves and their rivals to five each

for what should be a great day at the Principality Stadium.
