Okay, let's see, I'll begin with my journey started out as an athlete playing basketball in college in Indiana and along the way I got an

interest in health and fitness and things like that and took the next step and came

back to Charlotte, North Carolina where I was getting ready to start medical school at Chapel Hill.

And I took a job in the hospital as a phlebotamus for the summer before I started school and had this wild experience of this, you know, this cannot be what I want to do with my life because I saw continuously they bringing people into an environment that was such an unhealthy setting and putting them in dark rooms without sunlight and they people getting sicker and anyway that was my own

my you know myself to my profession to and so I took some time I decided to do some traveling and I ended up in Southeast Asia where I was going to go for a couple of weeks to just try to clear my head because I had a friend who had done so.
