Okay, so yesterday I decided I'm not going to publish the podcast.

It's too crazy and I don't feel good about it.

There's not enough meat there and then I was talking to my sister and she said, you

know, all we've had for the last month is meat.

And it's like only doing keto at some point you have to have a little sugar.

So maybe that's a thing, but I want to share one experience before this thing starts so

that you can get a little perspective on why this feels off to me because it is off.

And this is what happened.

I had this date in my head that I had to have the book done being written and it was July

10th and there was a very specific reason why I had to have it done by that day and I had

been writing, I'm not lying, non-stop every day since Tuesday like to just really try

to pull it all together.

I think I probably wrote, I don't know, I could check, but I probably wrote 15, 20,000

words in the last four days because I'm a giant procrastinator, right?

That leaves everything till the end.

So I'm trying to get it done.

And about 10 o'clock on Sunday night, I lost it.

I had the worst headache I've had in forever and I just started bawling.
