I doubt it. Yeah, was it something that they just decided they needed to do because it

just needed to be done? Here's what I'm feeling. Despite the Daniel Penny thing and the fact

that heroes keep getting arrested, I feel like there's going to be a wave of citizen involvement.

I won't say vigilante, but citizen involvement that's going to just skyrocket.

Because it's one thing to know your government should be handling it, in which case it's easy

to stay uninvolved. And then there's another phase where you hope they'll be involved.
