What's up guys? Welcome to the podcast today. Today we're going to jump into some ideas on training and I'll give you kind of a little rule that I sort of tend to follow anytime I roll with someone brand new. And by brand new, I don't mean just brand new people, although it does apply to that, but also just people that I don't know. And this is a rule as I'll explain that's been learned the hard way, as I think most of our best rules or best ideas and lessons come from.

0:23.1

And I'm going to share it with you.

0:24.4

And it'll probably still not, you'll probably have to learn it the hard way yourself.

0:27.6

But hopefully I can maybe help curb the, uh, the amount of negative impact that it has on

0:34.2

you long term.

0:35.1

So we'll get into that in just a second.

0:38.4

But again, first thanks to our sponsors for helping make this podcast happen. Charlotte's Webb, if you guys have

0:42.3

never used CBD products before, I encourage you to try them. Again, the first time I ever heard

0:47.1

about CBD, I remember hearing about it. I think it was on Joe Rogan talking about a product

0:51.0

and all the benefits that it was supposed to have. I was like,

0:54.5

I don't know about all that. Right. And so, again, for me, I was like, I'm not so sure.

1:00.1

Then I started taking a product, a CB product. Originally, it was a balm onto a muscle group that

1:05.5

was really sore. It was on my back, actually. And I remember, like, within, you know, several hours, I've had a lot of relief from it,

1:12.0

which was nice.

1:12.8

And then I was like, well, let's actually try this stuff and give it a fair try, right?

1:16.6

Like, actually see what I think about it.

1:18.5

And I started using a product that was made locally.

1:22.1

It was pretty good sometimes, not so good sometimes.

1:24.5

And eventually, sort of found my way to charles web and again i like the product

1:27.9

because of the consistency of the product that's in it and i also like the the fact that i've you know

1:32.5

been there and met these people that make the product and their their devotion to quality and

1:38.6

consistency is unmatched in the cbd in the cvd community right? And one thing to sort of share with you guys,
