Hello and welcome to the Pink Bike podcast. I'm Alicia Legget, and I'm here today with

just Dario to introduce this one. Today we have an episode with Elliot Jackson, someone who seems to do just

about everything on all sides of our sport, and it's great to catch up with him when we do,

but first we're going to update you on some of the news. The big happening this week was Red Bull Hardline,

which happened for the first time in Tasmania. Spoiler alert for a few seconds from now, Roan and Dunn put down an absolutely

incredible run to take the win, and we saw some really great riding from a lot of other people

too, but I won't spoil much more of what happened. My favorite part actually was seeing

two ladies race for the first time, Gracie Hemstreet and Louise Ferguson. Daria, what was your

favorite part? Louise Ferguson's run was insane. She crashed twice and still hit every feature,

which was very intense to watch. That was so incredible. Ronan Dunn's run was like incredible as well.

I mean,

he was,

he had like the perfect line the entire way down.

And that's a kind of course where like,

I think hard line five years ago,

people were just getting through the course and like the times were kind of incidental.

And for maybe half of the field,

that's still the case.

But watching those like fast racer guys hit it, it's clear that they're treating it like

a race course.

And that's a pretty wild thing to think about.
