Now let's get to the show. Here's your host, Melanie Mitro. Well, hello, everybody. It is Melanie

Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and we are back for another episode.

And I'm so excited to have you here today. If you're listening to this, like, kudos to you

for being one of the few people who still continue to show up for your business in December.

I saw a meme this morning as I was on Instagram getting ready to do my workout.

And the meme was a picture of Will Ferrell, quick cracking open a beer.

And it was like all work problems will be solved in 2023. And it made me

giggle a little bit. But then I also thought to myself, holy crap, like I'm still running strong

right now. You know, business is booming. There are projects to be worked on. There are, there is

planning to be done for next year. And even though, yeah, we're in

holiday mode and we're enjoying time with our family and friends, I'm really finding that this is a

time where my business is growing. This is a time where I'm in preparation season. I'm doing a lot

of reflection. I'm really refining my skill set and my passions and where I

want to go for next year. And the last thing that business owners should do right now is check out.
