Arizona in just the last few minutes.

The federal judge has denied a major lawsuit requesting a restraining order against

clean elections, USA.

Remember them?

That's a group whose members are accused of participating in voter intimidation tactics,

such as wearing camouflage at Dropboxes in recent days there.

The judge's decision effectively gives permission, at least for now, for the harassment and filming

that has been reported that we've shown you all week long of voters in Arizona who are

legally submitting their early ballots to Dropboxes.

Many are accused of illegally intimidating them with six complaints now referred to

the U.S. Department of Justice.

It comes as NBC News is reporting today from our friends Ben Collins and gone Hilliard

about how all the other members are allowed on the list.
