Reza and I are thrilled to join you today to do what we usually do behind the scenes on Patreon

and to shed some light on what it do what we usually do behind the scenes on Patreon and to shed

some light on what it is exactly that we do behind said curtain. But I think it would be remiss of us to

start without reflecting on the tragic events that are that are unfolding in Ukraine right now.

Before we reflect, Rose and I will reflect on this together, I wanted to acknowledge one big thing,

which is that, one, this reflection from both of us is spontaneous, as we all strive it to be.

And two, that choosing to reflect on one issue doesn't belittle or minimize all the tragedies

that are happening all over the world everywhere. And we recognize that there is the epitome of human tragedy happening,

probably all the time, almost everywhere. This particular event hits a chord with a lot of people,

myself and Razan included.

And I think I think it's a shame.

I think it's a shame that so many lives are being lost in such an inhumane,

an aggressive, and immoral way.

And to be honest, it really erodes a lot of my natural propensity for positive energy and gratitude to be a human being and really makes me wonder whether we as a

species have done more harm than good on this planet. I think from one perspective, that answer is very

obvious. We're all connected now. How is that not glorious and magnificent?

But in many ways, we've destroyed way more than we've cultivated.

I think being aware and as well read as we can be is the bare minimum we can do.
