Summary

We've got a really well-traveled guest on the show today. Chris Pirrello has led a somewhat nomadic lifestyle, with a fourteen-month trip around the world at the start of the 21st Century, followed by years of hiking most of the long trails of America, including the Triple Crown. He even took a job in Antarctica to chalk up his sixth continent.

He is a self-confessed foodie and loves excellent coffee, so it seems almost inevitable that he has ended up as the owner of Triple Crown Coffee, a company with a mission to give back to the three trails that make up the Triple Crown. Indeed, each roast is named after one of the trails.

His name is Chris Perelo, and he has such a neat story as well as a really neat business, and Chris will be along shortly. Now, as you know by now, Kate or Phoenix returned home injured after a attempt at a flip-flop this year,
1:17.9	and I'm happy to report that she's on the mend and hadn't actually broken anything.
1:23.1	However, the doctor says that there are tendon, ligament and nerve issues to be addressed in a right ankle,
1:24.7	and that was the one that was troubling her.
1:26.8	So I guess it's a good thing that she stopped.
1:32.6	So kind of taking Kate's place is the young man called Bounce or Sean Campbell.
1:35.2	I'll be catching up with Bounce after Chris.
1:40.4	Now, I know that many of you thought that once she finished at Catardin,
