Now, right at the very top of the BBC lunchtime news at 1pm, a very second, a very second after the presenter introduced it. The presenter had to drop what he was going to say at 1 o'clock to bring us this news. Well, the breaking news, Ben,

is that West Streeting has resigned as health secretary, literally just in the last two minutes. I'm
