How much did you love Georgia baseball this weekend?

Man, so much fun. Obviously, beating up on a, you know, hated rival like Georgia Tech was good last night, but there was more to the weekend than just that.

So coming up in a few minutes here, we're going to do a good bid on Georgia baseball, bringing a lot of excitement to the campus and the community here where they run through

an NCAA regional and now just two wins away from possibly going to the college world series.

We'll do a lot on that here coming up in just a few minutes. It was a great, great weekend for

Georgia baseball. I want to begin, though, with another, I think, great sort of, I guess, series of events as it relates to Georgia recruiting.

We had had this time circled on the calendar for a very long time, knowing that Georgia was going to host really some massive names in terms of official visitors, kind of kicking off a busy summer.

And the general cadence to this is you're going to host

visitors all throughout the month of June. And then you kind of roll into, and we saw this a year ago,

the after effect of all those official visits is a period of time in July where it's just going to

tick off. Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang,

you know, possible commits many days in a row. You know, you got July 20 of it sort of circled

as a day for multiple commits. Like the energy in July on the commitment front is going to be

wild. And obviously the groundwork is laid for that by what goes on in weekends, like just took place.

And some of this is like rumor and innuendo and some of this is like whispers, you know, talking to people who know people who know people, who know people.

And, you know, you kind of get the lay of the land and all of this.
