Well, it does and it continues because Tech Crunch is doing some massively good reporting.

Tech Crunch revealed that there are numerous apps that have sidestepped these approvals

processes going through the imprint or enterprise certificate program.

And these applications offer services

from, let's say, adult content to gambling.

And because they're distributing through the enterprise certificate program, they don't have to comply with App Store rules, which would have instantly rejected them.

Presumably, they have to qualify to get enterprise certificate. I mean, I've sold you before I'm a developer and I don't know what you need to be enterprise everyone because I don't need it so I've never looked but you know they needed my bank account details and things to prove I was who I was.
