Well, hello there, everybody. It is Tuesday, October 10th, and this is Melanie Mitro with your podcast episode of the week. I am this week actually bringing you a recording from an event

that I spoke at a few weeks ago. So Team Beachbody does Super Saturdays Quarterly where they host training events and networking

events for coaches to be able to come together and strengthen their business.

And I was the guest speaker in the Washington, D.C. area.

And I spoke on just sort of staying relevant and raising the bar on social media because,

you know, even over the past six years that I have been a coach in the business,

I have really seen a drastic shift in the way we do business.

And it had gone from, you know, Facebook and has really sort of, we've upped the ante.

And there are so many more features and options out there.

And it's very easy to get stuck in your old ways and not evolve and innovate and then

sort of blame the business or blame the system when in reality
