How's your weekend, guys? Well, my mind was very quiet compared to yours. That's all on social

media. Tell me how many points of Guinness have you consumed this week out? I don't know. I'll

spoke at Beckinsfield Rugby Club on Friday night. I heard you walked out of that rugby club at 6.30 in

the morning. Not quite. I did get home rather late and I don't think the misses was too happy,

but I was wise in the taxi on the way back. Circle what time? Circle, well it's just before four o'clock

I think it was. Saturday was tough day. Why? Obviously just battling through aren't you? You know,

you've got the sweats, you're like, geez, you're playing with the children taking for feed the ducks.

And then Saturday night did another one at Royston Rugby Club. Oh my word.

So what's your life expectancy? Would you say? Like doing this. Well,

maybe I'll let you talk about my old man, right? You know, Malcolm. And bless him. He's an

absolute hero's, my old man. He had his first heart operation. Oh God. When he was about 42.

Oh my word. Come on then, good, eh? 20 years later is his heart as nails. So he's had 14

heart operations. So I've got good genes, boys. Wow. I don't know if you've got good genes.

If there's a heart operation in there at 45, like if you've got a goal in mind of when you want

to live too. I'm looking at the week and I'm there. I'm watching TV with the wife,

whispering in on a beanbag. And I'm seeing these pictures come through off Goody on social media
