In order to figure out where I am in my real estate journey,

Yeah this is pretty cool. I did a Ron and Don sit down with Travis and his beautiful wife Krista and they started we started going

through the stage of the life that they're in and then also talking about what

their dreams and goals are and they said we have always thought about eastern Washington. We love going

over there. We love being in outdoors. We'd love to be by some water either the

river or Lake Shaland. And so we went through this entire process and this has

been kind of months in the making to move the ball forward each and every

week and so finally this last week we found the place, found some acreage and we got into a
