We're going to talk about Article 5 today of the Constitution.

This is a topic that has gained a lot of steam in the last several months, particularly, or I should say last couple of years, particularly with the continual abuse of power by the Obama administration.

When it comes to several issues, I think the thing that has upset people the most is that real

federalism is easily on the ropes.

I mean, I could say that real federalism has been dead for over 150 years.

But what we've seen, particularly in the last half century, is a

continual grab, a power grab by the federal government, or I should say the general

government, at the expense of the states. And Richard Nixon was ingenious in this particular

process when he was president.

They had something that he called something new federalism.

And the idea was that the general government would block grant money to the states.
