As far as what the government can do to help people,

I'm not very optimistic on helping people

by means of government.

I'm not sure if government is a real solution

because we've seen what happens before

when government tries to help people and a mass scale.

And I'm not sure if that's gonna be the solution

we move forward, you know,

so we can talk about social welfare

and how it affected certain black communities

throughout this country.

How beneficial was that?

And you would say not very beneficial.
