Hi to all of my friends out in podcast land. This is Sally Clarkson and I'm sitting in my

home on a Sunday afternoon and I just got back from the conference in California and saw

so many wonderful women there and enjoyed it so much and I've been busy at home. All of

us at our house have been getting these kind of awkward cold sore throat, sinus and so we

thought oh my goodness I guess our immune system is just down and I finally said to Joel

today I said you know what we should check the pollen count and the pollen count for some

reason in our area is really high and all of us are asmatics and air infected types. That's

kind of one of our Achilles heels and so I might sound a little bit croaky this morning

or this afternoon. I'm doing this right before we have our tea time. It's something we

look forward to just to kind of fall apart on Sundays and then we have our tea time together

and we'll do something fun tonight and I do have to let you know that I am also going

to watch my British shows tonight. I just love my little shows, my little PBS show on Sunday

night and Downton Abbey and so I hope that some of you will also be enjoying that too. I wanted

to dock just for a little bit today. I'm not going to be spending a long time during this busy

travel season for me and Kristen is going through lots of transitions in her life. It'll probably

meet me in the next few weeks but I wanted to talk about something today that has been a little

bit on my heart and it's about how is it possible to be happy at home and I think that one of the
