Summary

Organized crime and the Mafia have infested America for decades. Mob bosses like John Gotti and Joe Massino preyed on American industry and perpetrated crime through illegal rackets. In the end, they were brought down by the RICO act. Today there are still mobsters and though they look different, they still operate and conduct business in the same ways. The Mafia is a clear influence on new age gangsters in cities around the country like Philadelphia. Today we delve into "Fat Roc" , a gangster and a leader in a group called Omerta and Zoo Gang, two crime groups that operated in North Philadelphia.
