Hello everyone and welcome to the Stephen King cast, One Man's Musings on the Works of Stephen King.

Each week I will review one entry in the bibliography of Stephen King in the chronological order of publication,

and this week I am so excited because we get to talk about episodes one and two of the new HBO hit.

That's right, the adaptation of the 2018 Stephen King novel, The Outsider.

So when I'm recording this, this is Friday the 17th, I believe it is, the 17th. And The Outsider

premiered this past Sunday, and we don't have that much longer to go before episode three.

I have a lot of thoughts on the outsider.

But before I get there, I just want to be up front.

I'm going to spend quite some time reading some emails because I've received a lot of emails

lately and then reading some iTunes reviews.

So if you came for the outsider review,

just, you know, keep scrubbing ahead. I expect that this is going to be probably an hourish

episode and I would say that the first 20 minutes or so are going to be dedicated towards

reading and answering listener email and some iTunes reviews.

Just want to give you that heads up.

And just in case that this isn't for you, you can bow out now.
