You guys, I am like one and a half hours away from my second to last night shift of residency.

I am like just mind-numbing space between day and nights where nothing is real and nothing is fake. Even that sentence didn't make a whole ton of sense. I'm just going to stop talking. Somebody jump in. Is that the Twilight Zone, Doug? Is that where you're at right now? It's the Twilight Zone. It's the Twilight Zone. I'm not going to be a nocturnal neurologist. It's just not going to be my calling.

For me, it's like I'd always like eat for sport. Like I couldn't quite figure out my body wouldn't adapt to it. It's terrible. How are you, Lindsay? I'm doing great. Yeah. I also haven't

done a night shift in a very, very long time. I don't look forward to those fellowship days coming up, but I will make it through it. Anyways, day or night, I will always show up for one of

these episodes. Really excited to be back. I'm just so excited about today's case. We'll tell you
