The topic I always discuss year in, year out.

And what better time than now when arguably head coach changes, let alone head coaches in the NFL are of most importance.

Given the current situation and climate of the world, the pandemic we're currently in.

When you think about it with next to no offseason activities on the horizon, head coaching

is going to be one of the biggest components of a team, let alone individual player success,

having these offensive schemes, defensive

coverages implemented, and just everybody on the same page. So there are five new head coaching

changes that have taken place this offseason heading into new calendar year. And I didn't want to

give you a broad overview. I dove deep spent hours upon hours this past week looking into each

coach's career, their

history of coaching in college, the pros, what it meant for their position usage on those

respective teams, and what it could mean for their new players impacted within the new

organization they're actually coaching for.

So a huge breakdown here that I hope is very informative, entertaining, and provides a ton of

insight for the

players we currently own in Dynasty reflecting upon these new head coaches. So we'll get right to

it. First, we have the Washington Redskins with Ron Rivera. His coaching history from 1997 to

1998, Chicago Bears defensive quality control coach.
