Why not? I guess so. I'm happy to be here. This is a great topic. We're gearing up for Bangkok, the event. It's looking to be like, it's got everything but a bouncing castle, man. I mean, it's like a whole week of festivities going down. Yeah, it's awesome. To see in the DC, it's just like event after event after event lined up around Bangkok. You're in East Coast kids, right? Did you guys have fairs when you're growing up? Like, you go to the fair for the week? Like, you looked it all this is like my fair it's geek spring break yeah in the fall we're gonna grease up some

geeks and and chase around the hotels that was cool there we are your first buddy all right so

today we're going to talk about the rise of the mobile agent 10 predictions for 2014 2014. A little couple weeks ago, I said,

let's talk about what we see happening. We do this a lot when we're sitting around having

dinner or whatnot. What do we see coming down the pike for the location independent movement?

So let's just get started. Number one, John, this is one that you put forward. You said,

a distributed team

of location independent entrepreneurs will create a billion dollar business. Yeah, I think the nature

of the promise of the four-hour work week is changing. So we talked about this before,

where the idea of a muse business, you know, was something you focus on to sustain the

lifestyle. And we're sort of ramping into another

phase that I see. And that will be a large, scalable startup that's built by a location

independent professional with a distributed team. So the prediction is office real estate prices

are just going to plummet. Is everybody going to start moving to distributed teams?
