Summary

If something happens twice, can we call it a tradition? :) Because I love the idea of Charles Martin always being our last conversation before Holy Week and Easter. It happened in April 2019 and again today. With tons of compassion and wisdom and kindness, Charles talks to us through this unknown pandemic season with the hope of the One who knows it all.

His new novel The Water Keeper releases next month, and I would HIGHLY encourage you to grab a copy of What If It's True? to read through between Palm Sunday and Easter.

Speaking of next week- we won't have normal Monday or Thursday shows, and there won't be any #TSFQuarantine shows, but each day, starting Sunday, April 5 (Palm Sunday) to Sunday, April 12 (Easter), I'll be reading the story from that day in the Gospels. Something is recorded in Scripture every day from of that globe-shaking week, and we'll hear it straight from the Bible.

0:24.0	for the last couple of years is take next week off the show from recording and releasing
0:28.7	podcast just to honor Holy Week. It's what we call the week between Palm Sunday when
0:34.5	Jesus rode into Jerusalem and Easter Sunday when Jesus resurrected from the dead. And we
0:41.1	have taken that week off the last couple of years. And last year right before that week
0:45.2	we had Charles Martin on talking about his new book What If It's True. And we all absolutely
0:51.4	loved it. Y'all have asked him to be back a billion times. I have become such great
0:56.0	friends with him and his family. And I was so excited to have him back. And we scheduled
1:01.2	it having no idea how important this time would be and how different this time would be.
1:06.4	And so I'm really, really grateful he's here. Let me tell you what we are going to do next
1:10.8	week. We are going to continue what we feel like is the right decision and not do a show
1:15.2	on Monday and Thursday of next week. I felt like that was the right thing for us to do
1:20.7	before there was the situation we are in now with the pandemic of coronavirus. And I am
1:27.4	going to stand by that decision. But here's what we are going to do starting on Sunday and
1:32.3	until every day until next Sunday Easter Sunday. I'm going to read to you the Bible story
1:40.8	that aligns with this exact day of the week. So what happened on Palm Sunday, I'm going
1:46.0	to read you that story on Sunday, what happened the Monday after that in Matthew, Mark,
1:50.7	Luke and John, I'm going to read to you. So we will not have normal shows next week. But
1:55.3	every day I'll be reading a little bit of the last week of Jesus's life to you from Sunday
