Jason, tell me a little bit about what Evercharged does.

So Evercharge is a multifamily charging provider.

So it's a complicated way of saying that we provide charging if you live in a condo or apartment

Okay and what are the real problems with that today?

So it's actually a really interesting problem so condos and apartments are plagued with not having enough power to actually charge all of the vehicles that could potentially be in high density parking situations.

Or you can leave it to a solution provider that provides load-managed charging
