What's up guys? Welcome today to the podcast. Eugene and I are going to dive into some recovery tips for you for

you for training in general. The tips for these are going to be pretty simple. So, you know, for me, you can get really off in the weeds with a lot of different stuff, but I don't think that helps most people. I think more than likely it probably just overwhelms you. Right.'s like, oh, this, all of this crazy stuff's coming at you.

So I'm going to give you some of the, like basically my top five, and Eugene is going to

Recovery has become something that's become more and more important as I've gotten older.

I'm 37 years old now. I've been training since I was, you know, in my teens. I've been training since I was

14, 15 years old. So I've been training for a long time. And as I've gotten older, I've had to be

sharper and sharper with my recovery to maintain my training habits and to get my, my work,

productivity, everything else up. In addition to that, I also had a little

bout with insomnia back in fall of last year. I was dealing with an issue where I just couldn't

sleep very well. Typically two to three days in the week at night, I would be like wide awake.

I'm talking about just laying there in bed staring up at the ceiling getting up

walking going through the house trying to find different spots to sleep and just wide awake

the whole night and so I'm going to share some ideas with how I overcame that how I got my sleep

back to its normal routine which is pretty much I can sleep anywhere right I can just fall asleep
