Summary

Imagine stepping out to your mailbox one morning, only to discover an envelope addressed to you from a notorious serial killer who has been locked away since the 80s.

Inside the envelope, you're relieved not to find any grisly mementos; but instead find a birthday card for your infant child along with a handwritten message complimenting you on your beautiful family.

Some might argue that such a message would be just as horrifying as receiving a severed finger or lock of hair. Either way, for most people, receiving anything in the mail from a serial killer would be abnormal.
