You know, here's the thing. There are certain topics that make one of us or both of us feel a little bit uncomfortable to talk

about and these seem to be the topics that we get absolutely the most questions about.

Like I wish you could, you should have done video because I'm over here like rubbing my face.

I mean not only that I think over the next few weeks I know we've got some guests coming up eventually and stuff

like that but I think we're going to tackle a few of these topics that are maybe not the most comfortable for us to talk about but I also

think that these types of topics are sometimes the most helpful to talk about

because of the discomfort factor it means that it's a little bit

harder to sift through the interwebs to get the right information.

So we're going to talk about poop.
