So our year end review episodes have kind of evolved over the years, because things are different now.

They are, unfortunately.

We used to, I think even when I announced this last episode, I said best and worse of the year, but we stopped talking about the worst because, just because everything is

worse now. And also, like, yes, it's true. Everything is worse now. And personally for me,

because, you know, Renata has to read a lot of stuff for work, I don't have to do that anymore.

So if I think a book is bad, I stopped reading it. And I just felt guilty saying like one year a Maureen Johnson book was my worst book of

the year. I didn't hate it. I thought it was good. But, you know, when looking at the like,

you know, however many books I had read that year, you're like, that was the one

that I liked less than everything else. And I just personally felt guilty attaching the label

worst to it. Yeah. So the worst book of 2022 was the pandemic. Yeah. It's weird.

Third year in a row. Yeah. Really unprecedented streak. And then we used to divide them up by genre and now we're just doing top five-ish books across all categories. Yes. And also, just a reminder, we mentioned this, I believe, in the last episode,
